 🧩 A team needed a high-impact, flexible training solution to prepare professionals for the PMI-ACP® certification exam, while also building real-world Agile skills that could be applied immediately in their project environments. Existing training formats were too rigid, passive, or overly theoretical. Learners lacked engagement, had low retention, and struggled to connect Agile theory to practical team scenarios.

Key learning gaps identified:

• Low confidence in Agile frameworks and terminology
• Poor knowledge of real-world applications of Agile principles
• Lack of practice with exam-style questions and agile decision-making
• Time constraints for full-time working professionals
   

 🎯 I designed a blended learning experience anchored in virtual classroom delivery, enhanced by:

• Asynchronous modules for flexible, self-paced reinforcement
• Microlearning follow-ups to sustain engagement between sessions
• Scenario-based learning to bridge theory and practice
• Interactive tools (polls, breakout rooms, visual flows) to deepen learner participation
• A case study project simulation that ran across lessons to build skills progressively

This approach supported both exam readiness and on-the-job application, while adapting to varied learner schedules and technical backgrounds.

 🤝 I partnered with other certified Agile practitioners and PMI exam prep SMEs to ensure content accuracy and alignment with the latest exam blueprint. I also:

• Reviewed past learner feedback and LMS analytics to identify friction points
• Used survey data to tailor pacing, examples, and practice frequency
• Conducted informal interviews with prior learners to refine the lesson flow

This allowed the content to stay authentic, engaging, and exam-relevant, while continuously improving based on learner needs.

Effectiveness was measured through a combination of quantitative and qualitative metrics:
